At Back2Nature, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods, personalized/custom-made items, and products damaged due to misuse.
2. Return Process
Contact Us: Email support@b2neg.com with your order details and reason for return.
Approval: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Shipping: Return the item to our designated address in Kuwait at your expense.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Egypt Purchases: restocking fee may apply.
